Some even work 80 hrs esp early stages of their career/ business setup lo... whole point is... u should be passionate abt wat u are doing...then one dont feel like doing 70 hrs... U r completely comparing with wring examples and daanni malla society minda ruddestunnaru… First assalu outsourcing , service sectors ela pani chestaayo okkasari study cheyyandi.. they wont even pay a single penny for the extra hours you work … 2008 lo and now present fresher salaries are more or less the same…when u consider factors like inflation, houserent etc., the growth in salaries is nothing ..
