ravindras Posted July 16, 2022 Share Posted July 16, 2022 టాలీవుడ్ లో మ‌రోసారి `స‌మ్మె` సైర‌న్ మోగింది. ఈసారి… ఏకంగా నిర్మాత‌లే… షూటింగుల బంద్‌కు పిలుపు నిచ్చారు. మొన్న‌టి వ‌ర‌కూ మా జీతాలు పెంచాలి అని సినీ కార్మికులు బంద్ పేరుతో బెదిరించారు. ఇప్పుడు నిర్మాత‌లే షూటింగులు వ‌ద్ద‌న‌డం ఆశ్చ‌ర్యాన్ని క‌లిగిస్తోంది. ఈరోజు నిర్మాత‌లంతా క‌లిసి ఓ కీల‌క‌మైన స‌మావేశం ఏర్పాటు చేసుకొన్నారు. ప్ర‌స్తుతం టాలీవుడ్‌లో స‌మ‌స్య‌ల గురించీ, నిర్మాత‌లుగా తాము ప‌డుతున్న క‌ష్ట‌న‌ష్టాల గురించీ మాట్లాడుకొన్నారు. మూత‌బ‌డుతున్న థియేట‌ర్లు, పెరిగిపోతున్న హీరోల పారితోషికాలు, ఓటీటీ బెడ‌ద… ఇలా చాలా అంశాల‌పై చ‌ర్చ జ‌రిగింది. ఇవ‌న్నీ ఓ కొలిక్కి రావాలంటే.. సినిమా షూటింగుల్ని కొంత‌కాలం ఆపేసి, నిర్మాత‌లుగా త‌మ డిమాండ్లేంటో గ‌ట్టిగా వినిపించాల‌ని.. తీర్మాణించుకొన్నారు. సోమ‌వారం నుంచి షూటింగులు ఉండ‌క‌పోవొచ్చు. చిన్నా, పెద్దా అనే తేడా లేదు. ఈ విష‌యంలో నిర్మాత‌లంతా ఏక తాటిపై ఉండి… స‌మ్మె సైర‌న్ మెగించారు. నిర్మాత‌లే.. షూటింగులు వ‌ద్దంటే… అది మామూలు విష‌యం కాదు. ఈ రంగంపై ఆధార‌ప‌డుతున్న వేలాదిమంది ఇబ్బందుల్లో ప‌డ‌తారు. ఇప్ప‌టి వ‌ర‌కూ న‌టీన‌టులు, కార్మికులు, టెక్నీషియ‌న్లు షూటింగులు బ‌హిష్క‌రించారు. ఇప్పుడు ఏకంగా నిర్మాత‌లే.. ఆ నిర్ణ‌యం తీసుకొన్నారు. ఈ అడుగు భ‌విష్య‌త్తు రోజుల్లో టాలీవుడ్ ని ఎటువైపుకు తీసుకెళ్తుందో చూడాలి. Not heroes, every important department is milking money before release from the Producer. Even Music Director like Thaman takes a lump sum for the entire movie as a package. No one know how much he pays for his crew or each singer. In the past, singers were paid by Producer. Now, singers are at the mercy of Music Directors. So, they became powerful in their own right. Heroes and Directors are getting into production partnership and taking away huge chunk before the release. So, they are also powerful. So, Producer is just like a broker and cashier. Hollywood lo laaga atleast 8-10 weeks all big budget / big star cast films rakudadu ott ki even pay per view lo. Mundu adi cheste better all industry producers.
