Meaning they will be having to file a visa for them after birth to keep them at a legal status in USA. Example is filing a H4 for them after birth. No. Its not automatic or immediate. They have to apply for GC. It might take around an year. however, there is no quota or cap on such applications. So, it’s relatively easier to get approved.
