But they dont want to do that because they get money from tech giants and those guys want h1b workers for several reasons. Unfortunately one party and its followers dont like (actually you all know what they dont like but i dont want to divert this thread .. so lets just say) immigrants. So they are going to come up with these kind of laws to appease their base. With this scotus they might even get their wish but it can open can of worms in the future with 2A.
