Modus operandi..

Over Invoicing for Offshore Wealth

1. Adani Power & Green buys imported equipment from China for its power plant (this is all Indian banks loans which they fund projects at 80% debt ratio)

2. Instead of directly paying chinese manufacturer, Adani has an offshore entity which is Middleman..

Psu Banks loans —-> Adani Power —-> Adani Offshore ——> Chinese manufacturer

rs 1 equipment value ni Rs 1.25 ki invoicing chesaru.

Adani offshore made Rs 0.25.. they amassed huge illgotten wealth overseas (adani power spend lakhs of crores in these projects).

Dept of Revenue started investigating this long back. We know why it dint progress.

 

Routing black overseas money to inflate Own stocks

1. Adani brother Vinod Adani moved to Dubai and out of Adani group to manage these funds. He doesnt file returns in India anymore. Basically inchare of illgotten black money

2. Offshore entities formed a web of Investment funds to invest in India markets. Sebi chairman and many connected people (could be politicians too) involved to ensure safe passage of fund to Indian markets.

3. These funds infuse money into stock markets (99% in adani shares) and create fake demand for Adani shares. Adani companies shares and valuations spike abnormally.

4. Adani benefits from raising fresh foreign loans and domestic loans by pledging these inflated shares.

5. Sell stakes in these companies to investors at inflated valuations.
