Construction should not be done in a hurry,  gone are the days where construction is halted and water is logged on the roof for 2-3 months ...

forcefully rushed is the problem. government should give sufficient time for design, construction of the projects else contractors, engineers may  skip some steps to complete work in given time. 

i feel 5 years  government tenure  is not sufficient to complete any project. government tenure should be extended to 10 years.
