Egg whites - 2 full eggs 2

Pushups - 50 - 20+13+9+8

Pull ups - 18 - 8+5+5 With support eroju support weight taggincha

Squats - 30

Sides 2 workouts - 20 * 5 reps

Chest workout  - 7 workouts 15,12,10 reps konni 12,10,8 reps
