There are 2 types of carbs ...simple and complex ....taking complex carbs is always better since they are fiber and take time to digest which indirectly helps you in eating less........the best source of carbs are millets in my opinion ....

yaa fiber and also less processed compared to other ones, never tried millets. Will try!
