bro nenu strength training ki just 3 months old...meerey naa kante seniors ayi untaru...antaku mundu gym ki vellina only cardio chesi vachesevadni never interested in weights before.....but research baaga chesa what to do what not to do anedi :)....JAN 1st ki resolution pettukunna ipati nundi life lo always in shape undali ani....

 

but 3 months aina gud change vachindi beacuse of doing the things right way...inko 3 months lo perfetioo avta ani expecting :)

nenu 8 months nundi veltunna annai :run_dog: .....ante weekly 3 to 5 days and madhyalo 1 month gap vachindi 2 times....naku ento asala shape a kanipinchatledu

Shape is not dependent on protein...if you want big muscle protein intake is must...protein from food is enough to get you in good shape

Shape is not dependent on protein...if you want big muscle protein intake is must...protein from food is enough to get you in good shape
