Chest chesa e roju

 

barbell flat chest press
flat chest fly dumbbell
barbell incline chest press
barbell decline chest press
butterfly press

2 hands tho cable lagadam chesa ( :P e workout edo teliyadu)
Push ups (chala kastam workout tarvatha 6reps)

 

all 4 sets 16, 12, 10, 10 reps
