White rice complete ga tagginchalsina avasaram ledu - GI index of white rice is very high but when it is consumed with vegs fats protein etc like we do, it's GI index wud go down n is similar to any other carbs - so just reduce like we shud do with any other carbs but don't avoid

insulin levels ni aithee spike chesthundhii bcoz it is processed...brown best option or quinoa! And simple carbs like white rice or banana post workout good! Complete gaa denni avoid cheyalsina avasaram ledhu le...just saying!

so true! Hard boiled eggs are cheapest and most effective sources of protein!

insulin levels ni aithee spike chesthundhii bcoz it is processed...brown best option or quinoa! And simple carbs like white rice or banana post workout good! Complete gaa denni avoid cheyalsina avasaram ledhu le...just saying!

Insulin levels ni Spike chestadi like any other carb but when consumed wid curries like we do, adi significant ga taggutundi anta bro almost to d level as brown rice - but of course brown rice is better for its nutrition value too

 

All other carbs m sugar avoid or limit chesi, one meal lo rice wud be alright
