Nenu 4 days split n repeat bro - 3 days lo mottam finish cheste 2 times repeat cheyochu kada week lo - so ala change chesta from next week

Shoulders

 

Idi na 4 day split - HIIT cardio n abs alternative days chesta

 

Chest n shoulders one day chesi 3 day split ga convert chesa so that chest,shoulder,lats,biceps n triceps will be hit twice per week

daily one cup chala brother greek yogurt :D. high protein calcium ani telusu ye time bettero adi kuda cheppandi brother.

dry peas no idea bro....snacks kinda brown peas gud ankunta its fibre rich...memu ikada pachi sanagalu antamu....dry peas antey pic veyandi chuddam

Eggs idli almonds cashew white rice, curries, Greek yoghurt,one coconut, apple/ orange banana - Ivey nenu tintunnavi - sometimes homemade dark milk chocolate

 

One more thing that I learned is that don't snack in between your meals - fruits or nuts take them wid ur meals
