may be their plan is to have same no of districts as new LS constituencies .....from 25 it may increase to 32..so vaatine districts chesthunnattu vunnaru

I was also under this notion previously annai, but after seeing the good economic activity development in telangana after District split I chnaged it.

T lo ayinattu District headquarters lo economic development avutada ante I don't have answer, but it leads to more efficient management.

Indian economy ki real estate ee aayuvu. Layouts, building, apartments super bazaars ila people migrate from village and settle near that District headquarters. 

It's a process that evolves over years.
