delay of paying taxes can be because of many reasons.. oka nela rojulu extension ivvatam lo tappu ledu... 

Many countries lo till 4 years you can pay the taxes...

As of 2014 52Lakh pensioners unnaranta only under central govt., poni adhe number tho continue ayina state pensioners entha kaadu anukunna oka 50Lakhs untaaru andulo.. ante oka 1Crore ppl need CAs assistance at minimum considering the age and the computer literacy in our country for that age group. So on an avg 2.2Lakh pensioners need to file if they got their Form16 45 days back (which itself is a very big assumption) + there will lakhs of business ppl who need to file and they will never file on their own as they need to provide the right sections for claiming deductions and how many qualified CAs and most importantly who can be trusted to avoid fines/issues later. Plz stop supporting finance ministry and its thugs, as they can't make money elsewhere they are trying to make money here. Oka 10L miss ayina rough ga income is 600 Crores (including GST, idhi oka service kada malla)
