Did you observe first poster released for same movie, seetharamaraju garu is shown as british police officer, why no outrage then? , There may be some hidden plot wait for it. 4. Seen same kind of hatred for padmavt in recent times and after release ppl who critisised it were mum, so wait for release I don't think a director aho wishes to make mahabharth in future should be discouraged for a single poster, if movie has anything which distorts history in bad way then show your outrage in all the way you can. FYI Ayyappa temple was burnt twice in era of 1900s and now the deity we worship is installed in 1950s where original deity made of wood and belived that built by lord parushuram was burnt by same dessert tribes.
