Chittoor most benefited district in all aspects last 4.8 years of CBN-Chittoor-TDP Rule. 50% AP Administration in Chittoor leaders hands this term. నెట్‌వర్క్‌): రాష్ట్రంలో పరిశ్రమల సందడి పెరిగింది. ప్రాంతాల వారీగా ఒక్కో రంగం ఒక్కో చోట వేగంగా విస్తరిస్తోంది. కరువు సీమలో ‘కారు’ ప్రయాణంతో మొదలుపెట్టి, వలసల నేల ఉత్తరాంధ్రలో ఉద్యానవన పరిశ్రమలు అందంగా రూపుదిద్దుకొంటున్నాయి. ఉమ్మడి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో ఈ తరహా ప్రగతికి వీలు ఉండేది కాదు. ఏ పెద్ద పరిశ్రమ వచ్చినా హైదరాబాద్‌ పరిసర ప్రాంతాలే అనువైనవిగా చూపేవారు. వెనుకబడిన జిల్లాలను, ఇతర ప్రాంతాలను పట్టించుకునేవారే కాదు. అసలు రాష్ట్రంలో హైదరాబాద్‌ మినహా మరో ప్రాంతముందన్న ధ్యాసే లేనంతగా పెట్టుబడులూ, అవకాశాలూ, ఉద్యోగాలూ ఒకే చోట కేంద్రీకృతమయ్యాయి. విభజన తరువాత ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో నిజమైన పారిశ్రామిక విప్లవం ప్రారంభమయింది. అందుబాటులోని వనరులు, చేరువ లోని అవకాశాలను అందిపుచ్చుకొని ఎక్కడికక్కడ అభి వృద్ధి ప్రాజెక్టులు ఆకృతి దాల్చుతున్నాయి. ఈ వికేంద్రీకరణతో రాష్ట్ర ఆదాయం పెరగడం ఒక్కటే కాకుండా, నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు తమ ప్రాంతం దాటిపోవాల్సిన పని లేకుండానే.. ఉపాధి అవకాశాలూ లభిస్తున్నాయి. ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు 2014లో పాలనా పగ్గాలు చేపట్టిన వెంటనే గతంలో హైదరాబాద్‌ నగర అభివృద్ధి, ఇన్‌ఫర్మేషన్‌ టెక్నాలజీ సంస్థలను తీసుకువచ్చేందుకు కృషి చేసిన తరహాలోనే, నవాంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ కోసం ప్రపంచమంతా చుట్టి పెట్టుబడుల వేట సాగించారు. అమెరికా, జపాన్‌, చైనా, సింగపూర్‌ , దక్షిణ కొరియా దేశాల్లో పర్యటించారు. దావోస్‌ ప్రపంచ ఆర్థిక సదస్సు వేదికను రాష్ట్ర పారిశ్రామిక ఆకర్షక కేంద్రంగా మార్చేశారు. ముఖ్యంగా వెనుకబడిన ప్రాంతాలకు పరిశ్రమలను, కంపెనీలను తీసుకురావడానికి ప్రయత్నించారు. దీనివల్ల ప్రాంతాల మధ్య అసమానత్వ ధోరణి పోయి..సర్వతోముఖాభివృద్ధికి ఇప్పుడు బాటలు పడుతున్నాయి. పెట్టుబడుల పంట రాష్ట్రమంతా పరిశ్రమలు వరుస కడుతున్నాయి. ఒక్క పరిశ్రమల శాఖతోనే ఎంఎ్‌సఎంఈలతో రూ.17,771.52 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో 41,1880 ఉద్యోగాలు .. భారీ పరిశ్రమలలో రూ.62642.76 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో 1,01,873 ఉద్యోగాలు దక్కాయి. మొత్తంగా ఈ నాలుగున్నరేళ్లలో రూ.2,40,414.28 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో 5,13,753 మందికి ఉద్యోగాలొచ్చాయి. కడప.. ఉక్కు ఉక్కు పరిశ్రమ: మైలవరం మండలం కంబాలదిన్నెలో రూ. 20 వేల కోట్లు పెట్టుబడితో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేస్తోంది. దీనికోసం మూడు వేల ఎకరాలను సేకరించాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ఇందులో 2,300 ఎకరాలు ప్రభుత్వ భూమి ఉంది. మిగతా ఏడు వందల ఎకరాల కోసం భూసేకరణ చేపట్టారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు గత ఏడాది డిసెంబరు 27వ తేదీన ఈ పరిశ్రమకు శంకుస్థాపన జరిపారు. ప్రస్తుతం నిర్మాణానికి సంబంధించిన ప్రాథమిక సన్నాహాలను పూర్తి చేసుకొంటున్న ఈ పరిశ్రమ పూర్తయితే ప్రత్యక్షంగా, పరోక్షంగా 40 వేల ఉద్యోగాలు లభిస్తాయి. కొత్త..ప్రకాశం రామాయపట్నం ఓడరేవు: ఉలవపాడు మండలం రామాయపట్నంలో రూ. 4,240 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేస్తోంది. ఈ ఓడరేవు కోసం 3,092 ఎకరాలను ప్రభుత్వం కేటాయించింది. ఈ నెల తొమ్మిదో తేదీన శంకుస్థాపన పూర్తి చేసుకొంది. ఈ ఓడరేవు పూర్తయితే 25 వేలమందికి ప్రత్యక్షంగా, పరోక్షంగా ఉద్యోగాలు లభిస్తాయి. ఆసియా పల్ప్‌ అండ్‌ పేపర్స్‌: రామాయపట్నం ప్రాంతంలోని గుడ్లూరు మండలం చేవూరు సమీపంలో రూ. 50 వేల కోట్లతో ఇండోనేషియా కంపెనీ ఈ పేపర్‌ మిల్స్‌ను నిర్మిస్తోంది. ఈ నెల తొమ్మిదో తేదీన శంకుస్థాపన పూర్తిచేసుకొన్న ఈ మిల్స్‌ కోసం 2,500 ఎకరాలను సేకరించారు. తొలి దశలో రూ. 24,500 కోట్ల విలువైన పనులను చేపడుతున్నారు. పూర్తిస్థాయిలో పేపర్‌ మిల్స్‌ సిద్ధమయితే 13 వేల మందికి ఉపాధి దొరుకుతుంది. అనంత జోరు కియ: వెనుకబడ్డ రాయలసీమ వాహన తయారీరంగానికి హబ్‌గా మారుతోంది. కరువు తాండవించే అనంతపురం జిల్లాలో దక్షిణ కొరియాకు చెందిన కార్ల తయారీ దిగ్గజ సంస్థ ‘కియ’ తన ప్లాంటును ఏర్పాటు చేసింది. అనంతపురం ప్లాంటులో తయారైన ‘కియ’ కారు ఈ నెల 27న మార్కెట్లోకి రానున్నది. ‘కియ’ సంస్థకు అనుబంధంగా మరిన్ని సంస్థలూ పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాయి. తూర్పు- రిఫైనరీ.. హల్దియా పెట్రో కెమికల్‌ రిఫైనరీ: కాకినాడ సెజ్‌లో రూ. 33 వేల కోట్లతో ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారు. పది రోజుల క్రితం రిఫైనరీ ఏర్పాటుకు సంబంధించిన కీలక ఒప్పందాలు కుదిరాయి. త్వరలోనే శంకుస్థాపన జరపడానికి రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధమవుతోంది. కర్నూలు.. సోలార్‌ సోలార్‌ పార్కు: ఓర్వకల్లు సమీపంలో రూ.ఆరు వేల కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. దీనికోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఐదు వేల ఎకరాలను సమకూర్చింది. రెండేళ్ల క్రితం శంకుస్థాపన జరుపుకొన్న ఈ పార్కు గత ఏడాది డిసెంబరు 20వ తేదీన అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చింది. వెయ్యిమందికి ప్రత్యక్షంగా, మరో 1500 మందికి పరోక్షంగా ఉపాధి కల్పిస్తోంది. చిత్తూరు సత్తా ఇసుజు: శ్రీసిటీ సెజ్‌లో రూ. 1,500 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడితో 107 ఎకరాల్లో ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నారు. రెండేళ్ల క్రితం శంకుస్థాపన జరుపుకున్న ఈ పరిశ్రమ త్వరలోనే అందుబాటులోకి రానుంది. దాదాపు రెండు వేలమందికి కొత్తగా ఉపాధి లభించనుంది. అపోలో టైర్స్‌: వరదయ్యపాలెం సమీపంలోని సెజ్‌లో రూ. 4,125 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడి, 1,400 మందికి ఉపాధి హామీతో 265 ఎ కరాల్లో ఏర్పాటవుతోంది. హీరో: వరదయ్యపాలెం సమీపంలోని సెజ్‌లో రూ. 1,600 కోట్ల పెట్టుబడి, 2,500 కొత్త కొలువులతో 562 ఎకరాల్లో ఏర్పాటవుతోంది. ఉత్తరాంధ్ర- ఉద్యానవనం పతంజలి: విజయనగరం జిల్లాలోని కొత్తవలస మండలంలో ఈ ఔషధ పరిశ్రమ ఏర్పాటవుతోంది. 176 ఎకరాలను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రైతుల నుంచి సేకరించింది. ఈ పరిశ్రమ వల్ల రెండు వేలమందికి ప్రత్యక్షంగా, పరోక్షంగా పని దొరకనుంది. ఉద్యానవన కళాశాల: ఉత్తరాంధ్రలో ఉద్యానవన రంగాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చేసే లక్ష్యంతో విజయనగరం జిల్లా పార్వతీపురం సమీపంలో ఈ కళాశాల ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. వేగంగా నిర్మాణం పూర్తి చేసుకొన్న ఈ కళాశాలలో క్లాసులు కూడా ప్రారంభించారు. Government has more land than any other district (as much as 20 Kia motors), can allocate to companies free/at nominal cost. And that is the most backward district. can you make a guess which district could it be? as @Katti said industrialists make a decision based on many factors. Kia chose Ananatapur.
