Mirchi and other crops need lot of manintenance (temperature controllerd cold storage ...etc). antha kharchu petti cold storage lo dachukunna, rate vastundanna guarantee ledu, more over lot of farmers can not afford to not sell immediately after harvest (loans and interest issue). ee weakness ne cash chesukontaru hoarders. even they lose money sometimes.
