My project manager is from kashmir ....he said thar his father migrated from kashmir by leaving all their properties and stared a new life from zero . Now they do not have any intrest to going back to kashmir reason he said because most of them are pro Pakistani people in kashmir it is really difficult to survive there even all terrorists groups are vanished.
