hydking Posted February 24, 2018 Share Posted February 24, 2018 గుజరాత్ లో రెండు మహా నగరాల అమరావతిని తొక్కేసి మోడీ కొత్త స్కెచ్ ! మోడీ అమరావతిని ఎందుకు అడ్డుకుంటాడు ? కనీసం సాయం కూడా ఎందుకు చేయడు ? ఏమైనా మాట్లాడితే అప్పుడే అయిపోయిందా అని తప్పించుకుంటాడు ఎందుకు ? సమాధానం దొరికేసింది. చాలా మందికి తెలియని సంగతి ఏంటో తెలుసా… గుజరాత్ లో మోడీ రెండు మహా నగరాలు కడుతున్నాడు. ఆగమేఘాల మీద కేంద్రం… వేలు కాదు లక్షల కోట్ల సాయం చేస్తోంది. అక్కడ ఏం జరుగుతోందో తెలుసా ? 35 వేల ఎకరాల్లో ప్లాన్ చేస్తేనే..అబ్బో అంత భూములు ఎందుకు అన్నారు కదా అమరావతిని ! నరేంద్రమోడీ గుజరాత్ లో 75 వేల ఎకరాల్లో కళ్లు చెదిరే నగరం కడతానంటూ లక్షల కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేస్తున్నాడు. గుజరాత్ లో కొత్త మహానగరం డోలేరా ! మోడీ ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా కడుతున్నాడు. 2015-16 బడ్జెట్ లో 3 వేల కోట్లు ఇచ్చాడు. 2018లో 1100 కోట్లు కేటాయించాడు. అంటే నాలుగేళ్లలో అమరావతికి, ఏపీకి ఇచ్చిన దానికంటే ఎక్కువ ! గ్రీన్ ఫీల్డ్ ఏర్ పోర్ట్ కోసం 3500 కోట్లు ఇస్తోంది కేంద్రం. ఆల్రెడీ అప్రూవ్ అయిపోయింది. డోలేరా – గాంధీనగర్ – అహ్మదాబాద్ లను కలుపుతూ మెట్రో రైల్ కి కూడా రంగం సిద్ధం అయ్యింది. జపాన్ కోఆపరేటివ్ బ్యాంక్ జైకా సహాయం కేంద్రమే ఇప్పిస్తోంది. అమరావతి కోసం జైకాకు ఓ మాట చెప్పమని మూడేళ్ల నాడే అడిగాడు చంద్రబాబు. కేంద్రం ససేమిరా అని తేల్చేసింది. గుజరాత్ కి మాత్రం తనదే బాధ్యత అని రంగంలోకి దిగింది. డోలేరాలో ఎక్స్ ప్రెస్ వే వేసేందుకు క్లియరెన్స్ వచ్చేసింది. అండర్ సీ బుల్లెట్ ట్రైన్ కూడా రెడీ ప్లానింగ్ లో ఉంది. అంటే అన్ని రకాల రవాణా సౌకర్యాలూ ఉన్న అత్యాధునిక నగరం అనమాట. మోడీ మొదటి బడ్జెట్ లోనే అంటే 2014లోనే డొలేరా రైల్వే కనెక్టివిటీ కోసం 40 వేల కోట్లు కేటాయించాడు. ఇప్పటికే పనులు జరుగుతున్నాయ్. అంటే ఇవన్నీ లెక్కేయండి ఎన్ని లక్షల కోట్లు కేటాయించాడో అర్థమైపోతుంది సులభంగానే ! పైగా ఇదేం చిన్నాచితక నగరం కాదు. 75 వేల ఎకరాలు.ఇక డోలేరా కాకుండా… గుజరాత్ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ ఫైనాన్స్ టెక్ సిటీ – GIFT – గిఫ్ట్ అని మరో నగరం కడుతున్నాడు మోడీ. బడ్జెట్ 70 వేల కోట్లు. రెప్పపాటు కూడా కరెంటు పోదు. డెవలప్ మెంట్ కి కావాల్సిన అన్ని మౌలిక సదుపాయాలతో స్మార్ట్ గా రూపు దిద్దుకుంటోంది ఇది. ఈ సిటీ నిర్మాణాన్ని కూడా మోడీనే చూస్తున్నారు ప్రత్యేకంగా ! అమరావతికి పన్ను మినహాయింపులు ఇవ్వండి అంటే మోడీ కుదరదని తేల్చేశాడు కదా, ఈ గిఫ్ట్ సిటీలో మాత్రం ఫుల్లుగా మినహాయింపులు ఉంటాయ్. అంటే నీళ్ల మధ్యలో గొయ్యి తవ్వి నిలకట్టినట్టు… గుజరాత్ లో ఇలాంటి నగరం కట్టి… దేశంలోకి రావాలనుకున్న పెట్టుబడులు అన్నింటినీ అటువైపే ఆకర్షించడం అసలు ఉద్దేశం. గుజరాత్ కోసమే ఇప్పుడు పన్ను మినహాయింపులు మనకి ఇవ్వడం లేదు అనేది స్పష్టం. ఇలా చెప్పుకుంటూ పోతే చాలానే ఉన్నాయ్. అంటే సొంత రాష్ట్రం కోసం లక్షల కోట్లు కేటాయిస్తాడు కానీ ఏపీ కోసం… కొత్తగా కట్టుకుంటున్న రాజధాని కోసం మాత్రం పైసా కూడా విదల్చడన్నమాట. ఓ రకంగా చెప్పాలంటే గుజరాత్ కోసమే అమరావతిని ఎండగడుతున్నాడు అనేది నిజం. వాస్తవం. Usually I put money into my account when i need to fill some forms, suppose fee is 600 then i need to put 700 in my account because as i put money in my account sbi gonna reduce 40- 80 rs. This is the only government I have seen that have financially affected the life of people so much, instead of providing job,they are snatching jobs in the name of digitalisation. I regret voting for him, and i'll never vote for him. I have cleared exam for post of Station Master in railways, Its been 2 years since advertisement have been out and the recruitment procedure is still not over. this government is repairing fan over a tweet but even after many people have tweeted this they do not listen. after clearing 3 stage of examination I am still not sure that i will get the job. approximately 18000 vacancies were there but government has reduced it to 14000. i was expecting that vacancies will increase as it is 2 years and a lot of people have retired. but reverse has happened. Ssc was providing 20000+ vacancies few year back and in 2016 they took only 10000 people. I never had this kind of frustraion in my life.
