My Dairy Day 29 ( last day)

Hi friends followed this diet strictly for first 20 days and last 9 days partially.

Day 1: 88.3 Kgs

Day 29: 78 Kgs

My dream come true.

From tomorrow onwards I will take normal diet but follow the following rules 

1) 1 hr Walking+ running 

2) Three Lemons

3) 4 litre water

4) Lunch : One Bowl of Vegetable Salad + One. Chapati+ Curry/ dal + One bowl rice + curd .

5) Dinner : Liquid diet. Occasionally solid diet 

I will post the results after one month again.

Day 20:

7:00 AM: Wake Up

7:30 AM: Three Lemons + One Litre Water

8:00 AM: Few Badam + Pistha + 500 ml water

10:00 AM: 500 ml water

12:30 AM: 200 ml Badam milk ( started milk products from today)+ 1 litre water 

3:00 PM : 500 ml water 

5:00 PM : 6 km walking 

7:00 PM : One Cup curd + Mixed Vegetables + Revital Tablet + 500 ml water.

PS 1: ******Day 1 : 88.3 KGs

******Day 20: 80 Kgs

 

Excellent Results So Far.

PS 2: The only pillar I don't follow properly is Fat intake. I took more vegetables than fat as I fed up with taste.

PS 3: On the day of Shiva Rathri I took a little bit Pulihora .....three days no weight loss..

Becareful guys about this.

PS4: I will start milk products just make my body tone perfect as it is becoming dry day by day.

Day 12:

7:00 AM: Wake Up

7:30: 10 KM walking + running

9:30 AM: Three Lemons + One Litre Water

10:00 AM: Ten Almonds + Coconut half  + 500 ml water 

11:00 AM: 500 ml water 

12:30 AM: A bowl of Keera +tomato+ one litre water

2:00 PM: Two Spoons Curd + one litre  Water 

5:00 PM : Green Tea

7:00 PM: Revital Tablet + 500 ml water

 

Day 11:

5:00 AM: Wake Up

5:30 AM: 1 Hr 30 min walking

7:30 AM: Three Lemons with one litre water

9:00 AM: One Litre Water+ Pistha+ Kobbari Chippa okati

11:00 AM: 500 ml water

1:00 PM: 10 almonds + 500 ml water

3:00 PM: Two Spoons Curd + One Litre Water

6:00 PM: One Bowl Cheese + 500 ml water 

7:00 PM : One Revital Tablet 

Day 10: 

5:00 AM : Wake Up

5:30 AM: One Hr Walking

7:00 AM: Three Lemons+ One Litre Water

9:00 AM : 10 almonds + 5 Pistha + 500 ml water

11:00 AM : One Litre Water 

1:00 PM : Keera + Tomato + 500 ml water

3:00 PM : One Litre Water + Two Spoons Curd + Half Lemon + Ginger + Curry Leaves + A bit Salt.

5:00PM : Cooked Vegetables in Coconut Oil. 500 ml water 

7:00 PM : Green Tea

8:00 PM : Revital Tablet + 500 ml water .

 

PS : Day 1  88.3 Kgs 

        Day 10 : 82 Kgs

Lost 6.3 Kgs in 10 days ....

It's Awesome

Day 9: Reached Home at 9 AM

9:30 AM: Three Lemons + One Litre Water + Fee Pistha 

11:00 AM: 500 ml water 

1:00 PM: Keera Pieces one bowl + 500 ml water 

3:00 PM: 500 ml water

5:30 PM : 30 min walking + 500 ml water 

6:30 PM : Tomato Soup+ 500 ml water 

8: 30 PM : Will Take One Revital Tablet and 500 ml water 

 

........

 

 

Day 8: 

5:45 AM: Wake Up

6:00 AM: Have to Travel to in-laws home so no work out.

8:00 AM: Three Lemons + ORS Packet + One Litre Water

9:00 AM: Ten Almonds + 500 ml water 

11:00 AM: One Litre Water + Green Tea

1:00 PM: 500 ml water 

2:00 PM : One Litre Water + Two Spoons Curd + Ginger + Lemon 

3:00 PM: Revital Tablet

5:00 PM: Keera + Tomato  One Bowl.

8:00 PM : Back To Bengaluru by bus

PS: No Work Out So No Fat Intake Today.

Actually I am planning to Stop direct Fat/Oil.

Day 7: 

4:30 AM: Wake Up

5:00 AM: 7KM Walking

7:00 AM: Three Lemons + One litre Water

8:00 AM: 10 Badam Palukulu

9:00 AM: One litre Water

11:00 AM: Pistha Fry+ 500 ml water

1.00 PM : One Litre Water

5:00 PM: Green Tea

7:00 PM: One Litre Water+ Two Spoons Curd + Ginger + Mirchi

8:00 PM: One Revital Tablet

...........

Day 6:

5:30 AM: Wake Up

6:00 AM: One Hr Walking + Running 

7.00 AM: Three Lemons + One Litre Water + 10 badam

11:00 AM: One Litre water 

1:00 PM: One Litre Water + Keera Dosa Mukkalu+ pistha fry in oil

5:00 PM: 30 mins walk

6:00 PM: Green Tea 

7:00 PM: One lemon+ two spoons curd + ginger + one litre water 

8: 00 PM: One Revital Tablet

 

PS: Present wait 84 Kgs. 4.3 Kgs in 6 days

Day 5: I am traveling to home and wake up in bus at 7:00 AM

8:30: One Litre Water

11:30: One Litre Water and Some Raw Vegetables

1:00 PM: 500 ml water+ Paneer fried in ghee

4:00 PM: 500 ml water

5:00 PM: 1 hr Walking in my fields 

7:00 PM: 3 lemons + two spoons curd+ ginger + in one litre water.

8: 00 PM: One Revital Tablet

Day 4:

5:40 AM: Wake Up

6:00 AM: 8 KM walking + running

7:00 AM: 3 lemons + 2 litre water 

9:00 AM: 10 Almonds + 5 Wall nuts + Half Coconut + 500 ml water 

11: 00 AM: Paneer fried in COconut oil + 500 ml water 

1: 00 PM: 500 ml water 

 

3:00 PM : 500 ml water 

5: 00 PM: Green tea + keera dosa mukkalu  

Due to bus journey I don't take water after evening.

8:00 PM: Take one Revital Tablet Boarded at bus towards home.

 

 

Day 3:

8:00 AM: Wake Up

8:30 AM: Three lemons and 1.5 litre water

10:00: 5 almonds and 10 wallnuts + 500 ml water

12:00 PM: 1 Litre water

1:00 PM: Benda + Donda + Paneer + Cheese Fried in Coconut Oil (cooking) Surprisingly It was very good.

2:00: 500 ml water

5:00 PM to 7:00 PM: 10 KM walking + running +fresh up Meanwhile 500 ml water

7:30 PM: Green Tea + Revital Tab

 

PS: Day 1:  88.3 Kgs       now    Day 3: 85 Kgs      Lost 3.3 kgs in exaclty three days

Day 2:

7:30 AM : Wake Up

8:00 AM: Three lemons + ginger juoice with 1 litre water

9:00 AM: 10 almonds + 5 Wall nuts + 500 ml water

11:00 AM : Soup + 500 ml water

1:00 PM : Cheese (100 gm) + Paneer 200 gm fried evenly+ 1.5 litre water 

7:00 PM: Soup + 500 ml water 

7:30 : Will Take Revital Tablet + 500ml water 

Today I got coconut oil from super market tomorrow I will fry vegetables with it.

PS: Total body is shaking like anything I feel the vibrations in my body. Feeling excited.

6:00 AM: Wake Up

6:30 AM : Three Lemons With One Litre Water. It was very difficult and dizzy but some how tried.

6:40-7:30 AM : One hr Walking/ Running

8:00 AM : Night Nana Pettina 10 almonds and 5 Wall nuts + Green Tea without Sugar

9:00 AM: One Litre Water

11:00 AM: Mahrooms+ Onion+ Tamoto+ Benda+ Donda+ Cabbage+ Cauliflower. Well fried in Ghee and Cheese. 

Took in one bowl around 300 gm

Will take in Evening one bowl

1:00 PM: One Litre water 

2:00 PM : 500 ml water.

5:00 PM : Took soup and 500 ml water 

7:00 PM: A bowl of cooked Vegetable in butter

7:30 PM: Will take Revital Tablet

That's the end of the day 1

As I don't get pure coconut oil I am not taking now but I am going to my home town. I will get ganugua nune there along with Ghee

Coconut oil of 4 table spoons ( Don't have measuring) 3 Lemons ( Mixed with green tea, warm-hot water ) spanning across day

almost 4 ltrs of water

Soaked Nuts as breakfast

1 Multivit tablet

Lettuce, Panneer, Broccoli for Lunch

Little snacks in evening

 

Lettuce, 1 tomato, Celery Sticks, Panneer, 2 eggs all fried together in coconut oil.

 

 

This is my first-day diet.

Edo just chuddaam ani try chesa, but to be surprised lost aroun3 to 4 pounds over a day.  Will Update the Second day tomorrow

Bro....have u noticed ur self...looking lean or ur belly reduced?
