Just idi Naa diet

 

Morning 9.00 pre workout food ga 1 cup hot water with honey,  1 cup milk with proton df powder(dry fruits powder) doctor ni adiga edaina manchi protein powder cheppandi ani and 1 banana(krishna bidda suggetion)

 

after work out

 

11.30 one ragi ball(weekly 4 times pakka untundi), 2 piece Multigrain bread with mixed jam, peanut butter(1st pre workout undedi), rite bite workout protein bar (alternate days escepcially triceps and biceps roju miss kakunda tinta)

 

2.00 1 chapthi with any palya and 1 cup curd

 

3.00 1 cup milk and 4 biscuits

 

6.00 1 cup milk and 4 biscuits

 

8.00 2 chapathi, 1 bowl rice, 1 cup curd

 

edo normalga undi body kani fitga undi stomach konchem taggindi

 

daily 10 mins warm up exercise and 1 hr workout and 20 mins abs workout

 

daily ede chesedi. weekly wednesday and sunday chicken and egg untundi anthe.

on a lighter note, price wise idhi 10 gms protein 40rs undhi 

2 whole eggs around 12-15 gms protein per egg - 10 rs :)
