anduke 2 weeks once chesta. dead lift and bent over cheste back pain start avuthundi. 2 weeks back chesa nenu malli e roju chesa. belt vaadutha e rendu exercises ki

 

 

T-Bar kuda kastam, cheste back pain vastundi naaku kuda. Back chesetappudu most of the time belt vesukunta puli annai.

aina vella 100 push ups(25, 25, 20, 15, 15),

25 Pull ups(8 reps),

adedo triceps push ups undi kada bar pattukoni 2 hands tho kinda paina potharuga a work out edo telidu 30(10 reps) chesa

forearms and abs chesa.

 

repu biceps cheyyali.
