R u using any whey protein at present? I am planning to go for muscletech -any suggestions?

I use Gold-standard whey protein ....not regularly though ....3 months in every year peak work out and diet chesta appude whey protein ...normal times i go with foods which are high in protein......

yes you can increase your weight lifting stamina if you take it as pre work out gradually .....but i would suggest you to stop it after attaining specific stamina

morning intlo ekkuva pani padindi. aina 10.15 ki vella gym ki. pre work out food honey with hot water and milk and banana. after work out 2 peice multigrain bread with pathanjali jam, peanut butter, ritebite protein bar, litega figure rice tinna.

eggs tinakunda protein intake antey through antey manaki kastam bro...also costly avuddi.....dals panner tofu cheese greekyogurt chicken fish and other veg options chuskovali....peas spinach kale sprouts mshrooms brusselsprouts corn pumpkin seeds lentins rajma almonds etc :)

haha adi just peanut butter ey kadha :)

peanut butter order chesa nenu. maa amma kuda identra ememo tintunnavu annaru.

 

rite bite workout protein icha maa ammaki tinnamma baguntundi ani identra ila undi annaru.

 

peanut butter, multigrain bread, morning hot water with honey, 3 times milk with proton DF protein powder, wednesday and sunday aithe pakkaga 8eggs

 

e menu chusi already intlo music start chesaru. :P
