Congi and YCP share same vote bank. People are not as mad at congress as they were 2 years ago. If CBN works hard and digs the state out of misery, congress will improve(sounds counter intuitive but true). That improvement of congress will be at the expense of YCP. So they both joining hands won't be that bad at all. but will be bad for TDP because TDP has to carry water for BJP.
