AbbaiG Posted August 3, 2016 Author Share Posted August 3, 2016 తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వానికి హైకోర్టులో చుక్కెదురయింది. ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకువచ్చిన జీవో నెం.123, 124ను హైకోర్టు కొట్టేసింది. రైతుల నుంచి నేరుగా భూమి కొనుగోలుకు ప్రభుత్వం జీవో తెచ్చింది. ఈ జీవోకి వ్యతిరేకంగా జహీరాబాద్ వ్యవసాయ కూలీలు హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. దీనిపై తీర్పు వెలువరించిన హైకోర్టు, రైతులతోపాటు కూలీలకు పరిహారం ఇవ్వాలనే నిబంధనను ప్రభుత్వం విస్మరించిందని పేర్కొంది. Infact we are doing everything inline with 2013 law. Courts can't interfere in pooling as it is voluntary and High court already gave judgement on this for Amaravati. Foe the 3000 acres acquisition we are doing social impact analysis for last 1 year as per law. In simple terms,"If you are doing acquisition then you have to take care of social impact in those areas". T govt knows this and still took wrong steps. Here is what and all we have to do for "2013 Acquisition" and APCRDA doing background work for last 1 year.After completion of formalities now CRDA issued acquistion in Nelapadu. Nelapadu farmers get 8-10 lakhs it seems. Capital ki land ivvani raitulu anavasaram ga avesam ki poyi debba tintaru.
