SREE_123 Posted June 17, 2016 Posted June 17, 2016 సచివాలయం సిద్ధం!17-06-2016 01:27:45 జూన్ 27 నాటికి 1, 5 బ్లాకులు పూర్తి..రెండో బ్లాకూ అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చే అవకాశంవిజయవాడ, జూన్ 16(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): తాత్కాలిక సచివాలయ భవన నిర్మాణాలు పూర్తికావొచ్చాయి. తొలుత ఓ మూడు బ్లాకులు అందుబాటులోకి రానున్నాయి. మిగిలిన మూడు బ్లాకులు కాస్త ఆలస్యంగా పూర్తయ్యే పరిస్థితి కనిపిస్తోంది. షాపూర్‌ జీ పల్లోంజీ సంస్థ నిర్మిస్తున్న మొదటి, రెండవ బ్లాక్‌లలో పనులు శరవేగంగా సాగుతున్నాయి. ఎల్‌అండ్‌టి సంస్థ నిర్మిస్తున్న 3, 4, 5, 6 బ్లాకుల్లో ఐదోది త్వరితగతిన పూర్తవుతోంది. అసెంబ్లీకి కేటాయించిన ఆరో భవనం నిర్మాణం మరింత ఆలస్యం కానుంది. సచివాలయాలనికి రోడ్ల నిర్మాణాన్ని కూడా వేగవంతం చేశారు. గతంలో ఈ భవనాల దగ్గరకు సీఎం రావడానికే ఇబ్బందిగా ఉండేది. ఇప్పుడా పరిస్థితిలో మార్పు వచ్చింది. నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న ఐదు భవనాలకు నాలుగు వైపులా 80 అడుగుల మేరకు ఎర్రమట్టితో రోడ్లు వేశారు. ఈ రోడ్లను వెలగపూడి ప్రధాన రహదారికి అనుసంధానం చేస్తూ మరో మూడు రోడ్లు నిర్మించారు. దీనితోపాటు సచివాలయ భవనాల వద్దకు నేరుగా వేళ్లేందుకు ప్రధాన రహదారి (టూ వే రోడ్డు) నిర్మాణం కూడా వేగంగా జరుగుతోంది. వీటివల్ల సచివాలయ భవనాల వద్దకు గతంలో కంటే ఇప్పుడు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా వేళ్లే అవకాశం వచ్చింది. మొదటి బ్లాక్ఈ భవనంలో సీఎం కార్యాలయంతోపాటుప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కార్యాలయం ఉంటుంది. దీనిని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకొని కాంట్రాక్టు సంస్థ పనుల వేగం పెంచింది. శ్లాబ్‌ వేస్తూనే ఫ్లోరింగ్‌ పనులు కూడా పూర్తి చేశారు. ప్రస్తుతం గోడలు, సీలింగ్‌ నిర్మాణం జరుగుతోంది. ఈ భవనానికి నాలుగు వైపులా రోడ్ల నిర్మాణం కూడా పూర్తి చేశారు. ఈ నెల 27వ తేదీకి ఈ బ్లాక్‌ అందుబాటులోకి వస్తుంది. రెండవ బ్లాక్ఈ భవనం ఒకటో అంతస్తు శ్లాబు పూర్తయింది. గ్రౌండ్‌ ఫ్లోర్‌ను చదును చేశారు. ప్రస్తుతం గోడల నిర్మాణం జరుగుతోంది. ఈ బ్లాక్‌ నిర్మాణ వేగాన్ని మరింత పెంచితే 27వ తేదీనాటికి అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంది. 3,4 బ్లాక్లుమూడు, నాలుగు బ్లాకులుఈ భవనాలకు శ్లాబు పూర్తయింది. గోడల నిర్మాణం జరుగుతోంది. ఫ్లోరింగ్‌ పనులు చివరి దశకు చేరాయి. జూన్ 27కు ఈ భవనాలు అందుబాటులోకి రావడం కష్టమే. ఐదో బ్లాక్ఈ భవనంలో పనులు శరవేగంగా సాగుతున్నాయి. ఇప్పటి వరకూ కొన్ని గదుల నిర్మాణం పూర్తయింది. ఆ గదులకు పెయింటింగ్‌ వేస్తున్నారు. ఫ్లోరింగ్‌ పనులు పూర్తి చేస్తున్నారు. జూన్ 27 నాటికి ఈ భవనం అందుబాటులోకి వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఆరవ బ్లాక్అసెంబ్లీ, శాసన మండలి ఇక్కడ ఏర్పాటు కానుండటంతో ఈ బ్లాకు నిర్మాణాన్ని కొద్ది రోజుల కింటే చేపట్టారు. ప్రస్తుతం మూడడుగుల మేరకు పిల్లర్లు వేశారు. ఈ భవనం పూర్తిచేయడానికి ఎక్కువ సమయం పట్టే అవకాశం ఉంది.
