HYDRAA asks actor Murali
mohan owned Jayabheri Constructions to remove encroachments of in lake at Gatchibowli 

Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Monitoring and Protection Agency (HYDRAA) has instructed Jayabheri Constructions, owned by actor Murali Mohan, to remove encroachments on the Full Tank Level (FTL) and buffer zone of Rangalal Kunta pond, located in the Gachibowli Financial District. The company was given 15 days to demolish the blue sheet walls , failing which HYDRAA officials have warned that they will carry out the demolition themselves.

HYDRAA Commissioner AV Ranganath explained that certain structures, including blue sheet walls, extend two meters into the FTL. “We have asked them to remove these walls and vacate the buffer zone,” Ranganath stated. He further added that the decision was made following a complaint lodged by local residents regarding the encroachments.

There are no permenant constructions in the lake.

According to Ranganath, the company has verbally assured authorities that they will comply with the instructions and remove the structures within the specified timeframe.

HYDRAA is yet to be empowered of issuing notices.

FTL విషయంలో నోటీసులు ఇచ్చిందని ప్రచారం జరగడంతో అంతా రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ కంపెనీకి అనుకున్నారు. ఫైనాన్షియల్ డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ లోని రంగలాల్ చెరువుకి కాస్త దగ్గరలో ఉన్నది కార్ సర్వీసింగ్ సెంటర్. జయభేరికి మారుతీ నెక్సా డీలర్ షిప్స్ ఉన్నాయి. ఈ డీలర్ షిప్‌కు సంబంధించిన కార్ల సర్వీసింగ్ సెంటర్ ను.. రంగలాల్ చెరువు పక్కన ఉన్న తమ భూమిలో ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. అక్కడ శాశ్వత నిర్మాణాలేమీ లేవు. రేకులతో నిర్మిచింన వర్క్ షాప్., అందులో మూడు అడుగుల మేర ముందుకు వచ్చిదని నోటీసులు ఇచ్చారు. దానికి మురళీ మోహన్ క్లారిటీ ఇచ్చారు. ఆ మూడు అడుగుల షెడ్డు తామే తొలగిస్తామన్నారు. కానీ ఉదయం నుంచి ఓ సెక్షన్ మీడియా.. సోషల్ మీడియాలో ఉండే కులన్మోదాలు చెలరేగిపోతున్నారు. తెలిసినా తెలియనట్లుగా జయభేరిపై నిందలు వేసేందుకు ఉత్సాహపడుతున్నారు. గూగుల్ మ్యాప్ చూసినా.. అసలు ఆ స్థలంలో ఎలాంటిని నిర్మాణాలు లేవని.. వర్క్ షాప్ షెడ్ మాత్రమే ఉందని స్పష్టతకు వస్తుది. అయినా.. మురళీమోహన ్పై వ్యతిరేకతను మాత్రం కొంత మంది ఇదే సందని చూపించుకుంటున్నారు.

Big mistake by revanth Reddy 

bcoz most of middle class people  will be affected

its again the same system who needs to correct too - doesn't mean that earlier system(s) who did it is always correct ( oka system chesrau ani adi correct ayipodu ga )

- tappu anedi tappe - yekkado oka chota correct cheyyali - oka <5% of people suffer avutharu- need to see how to please those effected people. 

- Amaravathi lo okanoka time lo oka section destroying ni samardhinchindi - ippudu kuda mounam gane support chesthunnaru kontha mandi - but out of scope in this Hydra business.

They referred to the residential buildings not the farm houses, commercial spaces etc .
