ravindras Posted September 2, 2023 Share Posted September 2, 2023 వివాహేతర సంబంధాల కారణంగా పుట్టిన బిడ్డలకూ తల్లిదండ్రుల వారసత్వ ఆస్తిపై హక్కు ఉంటుందని సుప్రీంకోర్టు పేర్కొంది. శుక్రవారం ఓ పిటిషన్‌పై విచారణ సందర్భంగా ఈ మేరకు తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. 2011 నుంచి పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న ఓ అభ్యర్థనపై చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ డీవై చంద్రచూడ్ నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం ఇటీవల విచారణ జరిపింది. హిందూ చట్టాల ప్రకారం వివాహేతర సంబంధాల్లోని సంతానానికీ తల్లిదండ్రుల పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తికి చట్టబద్ధమైన వారసులని స్పష్టం చేసింది. హిందూ వారసత్వ చట్టం కింద హిందూ అవిభాజ్య కుటుంబపు పూర్వీకుల ఆస్తిలో వాటా ఉంటుందని వివరించింది. అక్రమ సంతానానికి ఈ హక్కు ఉండదంటూ గతంలో సుప్రీం కోర్టు ఇచ్చిన తీర్పుతో ప్రస్తుత ధర్మాసనం విభేదించింది Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
