Even if it is not forceful conversion, one has to apply for conversion with the government. This will take more than 3 months. This can be a good policy to bring down illegal conversions. 
 

this bill needs to be analysed how this curbs religious freedom. 
 

In states like AP, TN politicians wont do this since they heavily depend on vote bank.

Miracles tho namminchadam forcing Etta avtundi ? So your bill cannot arrest these people who make someone believe in miracles…..
