They had the first metro in India(1984). If you see West Bengal, other than Kolkata rest of the cities are scrap. The commies ruined it and Behenji also played her part. Metro, expansion of airport, IT, real estate will keep on giving the boost for HYD. Already the real estate is gaining momentum.
