Chicken,fish,beans,lentils ,milk ,egg...best form of protein is vegatable protein....Rajam,Chole,beans,milk.....these have low cholestrol content.....best thing to build stamina.....take a banana before work out ...or have a shot of nitric oxide ,protein......

if you avoid carbohydrates you can have two big bananas daily......more over if you need to recharge your energy during work outs take coconut water

more over burpees with jump ? I combine burpee with pushup and jump all in a single take .......i can make 4 sets 15-20 each...also try to do lot's of push ups and pull ups .......most important muscle is leg ....if you have good leg muscle your stamina will be more for cardio....

above anni good - but everyday cook cheskolem kaabatti - 4 eggs minimum teeskotam better...2 full and 2 whites.....banana one or two em kaadu....

 

other protein options - greek yoghurt, peanut butter (teddy from amazon only) cashwews almonds....veeti badulu inko two egg whites per day cheaper option....muscle bulding ki minimum 100gms per day protein intake better..nenu 80-90 varaku teeskuntunna through diet alone...
