I do full body workouts. Will start with slow jogging --> High Knees --> Jump Lunges --> Jump Squats --> Burpees --> Mountain Climbers --> pendulum swings --> jumping Jacks --> will slow down slowly :dream:

 

I dont do only fatloss stuff as i am not fat and avoiding sugar as much as i can. these days trying to limit carbs as well and taking good fats and protein.

many times chesanubro.....alavaatu aipoyindi....gym ki long gap vachaaka malli restart chese mundu GM diet chesta for initial motivation....just cardio cheyali a week, weight lifting prohibited
