Will start with slow jogging --> High Knees --> Jump Lunges --> Jump Squats --> Burpees --> Mountain Climbers --> pendulum swings --> jumping Jacks --> will slow down slowly I dont do only fatloss stuff as i am not fat and avoiding sugar as much as i can. these days trying to limit carbs as well and taking good fats and protein.
