Here are TG (not just hyderabad) numbers from Heritage Investor Presentation 2015-2016 Milk procurement - 14% Milk Sales - 32.7% Curd Sales - 21% Retail business is 25% of total revenue. In that segment Hyderabad share is around 60%. link. http://www.heritagefoods.in/images/Investor%20Presentation%20FY2016.pdf overall you are looking at around 40% revenue from TG. significant but not like you have to stay type case. On the other hand Avanti seeds seems to be a no brainer for shift because it has no customer base in TG. coming to criticism angle, I did not have any problem with his 2 eyes principle until division. But after division, if TDP were AP only party some of things would have been done differently.
