Everyday music manukovali mana media kuda. It will create jealousy for sure. Mana capital ani feeling evariki ledu. Still many people are viewing it as a kamma caste project only.

Until they actually enjoy the fruits, they are incapable to understand Amaravati vision.

Complete phase 1 projects, give plots to farmers and get a few companies there.

Amaravathi badly need much more hype to back on track as planned initially as lot of damage done last 5 years...... need this hype for getting confidence to investors

For AP people not realizing importance of amaravathi.  Most of them voted against jaffa not in favor of amaravathi. 
ippudu mana CBN sir vadu Dani pattukoni ooregithe unna gochi udakodatharu 

Once it is developed and seeing result they will starting owning the city till that cbn should do his things silently with out much publicity 

Bring central institutions first …do not talk much in real estate view

 basic capital skeleton ni develop chesi investors ni approach avvaali. investment kosam davos cbn velathaaru. investors look for tangible results not politician statements. local gaa entha highlight chesinaa big infra investment ki help avvadhu.
