sonykongara Posted July 10, 2016 Author Share Posted July 10, 2016 రేపు భూసమీకరణకు నోటిఫికేషన్‌ మడ పరిధిలోనూ అమరావతి తరహా పరిహారం విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో స్పష్టంచేసిన మంత్రి రవీంద్ర కలెక్టరేట్‌, న్యూస్‌టుడే: మచిలీపట్నం పోర్టు, అనుబంధ పరిశ్రమల కోసం భూసేకరణ ప్రకటన స్థానంలో భూ సమీకరణ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల చేస్తున్నట్లు రాష్ట్ర మంత్రి కొల్లు రవీంద్ర చెప్పారు. రహదారులు, భవనాల శాఖ అతిథి గృహంలో శనివారం నిర్వహించిన విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో మంత్రి మాట్లాడుతూ పోర్టు, అనుబంధ పరిశ్రమల కోసం గతేడాది ఆగస్టులో ఇచ్చిన భూసేకరణ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ బదులు భూసమీకరణ ప్రకటన ఇవ్వాలని మంత్రివర్గ సమావేశం నిర్ణయం తీసుకుందన్నారు. సమీకరణ బాధ్యతను మచిలీపట్నం ప్రాంత అభివృద్ధి సంస్థ (మడ)కు అప్పగించడంతో పాటు ‘మడ’ నిర్వహణ కోసం రూ.50 కోట్ల బడ్జెట్‌ విడుదల నిర్ణయానికి ఆమోదం లభించిందన్నారు. మొత్తం 22,000 ఎకరాల సమీకరణ నిమిత్తం సోమవారం నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదల కానుందని చెప్పారు. భూములు ఇచ్చే రైతులకు రాజధాని అమరావతి తరహాలో పరిహారం ఇవ్వాలని కేబినెట్‌ నిర్ణయించిందని తెలిపారు. రైతులకు 1000 గజాల రెసిడెన్షియల్‌, 250 గజాల కమర్షియల్‌ ప్లాట్‌లు, ఏడాదికి పదిశాతం చొప్పున పెంచుతూ పదేళ్ల పాటు రూ.30,000ల పరిహారం అందిస్తారన్నారు. రైతు కూలీలకు పింఛన్‌ వర్తింప చేస్తారన్నారు. మడ విధివిధానాలు నిర్ణయించడంతో పాటు నిధులు మంజూరు చేసినందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబుకు మచిలీపట్నం వాసులు, జిల్లా ప్రజల తరపున ధన్యవాదాలు తెలుపుతున్నామన్నారు. మూడుచోట్ల ప్రతిపాదనలు : మడ కార్యాలయం కోసం మూడుచోట్ల ప్రతిపాదనలు ఉన్నాయని... రెండు మూడు రోజుల్లో ఎక్కడ ఏర్పాటు చేసేది తెలియచేస్తామన్నారు. బందరు పట్టణంతో పాటు మడ పరిధిలోని గ్రామాల్లో మౌలిక వసతులు కల్పనకు ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించామని వెల్లడించారు. ముందస్తుగా వచ్చే ఏడాది ఓడరేవు పనులను ప్రారంభిస్తామని 2018 నాటికి కచ్చితంగా రేవుకు ఓడ వచ్చేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని ఉద్ఘాటించారు. సిగ్గు లేకుండా గడపగడపకూ ప్రచారమా? : ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకుడు జగన్‌ గడప గడపకు ప్రచారం నిర్వహించాలనుకోవడం సిగ్గుచేటన్నారు. రూ.43,000 కోట్ల ఆస్తులపై ఈడీ ఎటాచ్‌మెంట్‌ విధించిన విషయం, 16 నెలల జైలు జీవితం, రాజధాని ఏర్పాటు, పట్టిసీమకు మోకాలడ్డటం వంటి చర్యల పట్ల ప్రజలు ఈసడించుకుంటున్న విషయాన్ని గడప గడపకు ప్రచారం ద్వారా గుర్తించి తగు బుద్ధి తెచ్చుకుంటే మేలన్నారు. అభివృద్ధిని ఓర్వలేక ప్రతిపక్ష నాయకులు పోర్టు భూముల విషయంలో విషప్రచారం చేస్తున్నారంటూ మంత్రి మండిపడ్డారు. జిల్లా కేంద్రమన్న విచక్షణ లేకుండా పదేళ్ల పాటు అధికారాన్ని చలాయించిన నాని వైఫల్యంతో నియోజకవర్గంలో డ్రెయిన్లు, కాల్వలు ఎందుకూ కొరగాకుండా పోయాయన్న విషయం వాస్తవం కాదా అని ప్రశ్నించారు. అప్పటి ఎంపీ బాడిగ రామకృష్ణను నియోజకవర్గానికి రానీయకుండా వ్యక్తిగత స్వార్థ´ంతో అభివృద్ధిని కుంటుపర్చేలా చేసిన నాని ప్రస్తుత ఎంపీ కొనకళ్ల ఏంచేశారంటూ అడగటం ఆశ్చర్యం కల్గిస్తోందన్నారు. డబుల్‌ లైన్‌ ఏర్పాటు, విద్యుదీకరణ, మచిలీపట్నం-రేపల్లె రైలు మార్గానికి కృషి, విజయవాడ, మచిలీపట్నం రహదారి అభివృద్ధి, ఎంపీ నిధులతో చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి పేర్నికి కన్పించడం లేదంటూ ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. మున్సిపల్‌ ఛైర్మన్‌ మోటమర్రి బాబాప్రసాద్‌, ఎంపీపీ వెంకటేశ్వరరావు, జడ్పీటీసీ సభ్యుడు నారాయణప్రసాద్‌, ఎంఎంసీ ఛైర్మన్‌ గోపు సత్యనారాయణ, నాయకులు గొర్రెపాటి గోపిచంద్‌, బూరగడ్డ రమేష్‌నాయుడు, తలారి సోమశేఖర్‌, ఇలియాస్‌పాషా, బోలెం హరిబాబు, సయ్యద్‌ ఖాజా, నాని, ఆంజనేయప్రసాద్‌ పాల్గొన్నారు. Machilipatnam port should be used for high value/clean goods like container terminal. heavy industry (more land requirement) should be done some where else. Another port in prakasam district around chirala should be built. chirala-Guntur is pretty much same distance as Vijayawada-machilipatnam. The PCPIR proposed between Visakhapatnam and Kakinada is now considered to be located near Machilipatnam in Krishna district where the Government is in the process of acquiring huge chunk of land for developing a port and an industrial corridor. In an exclusive interview, Port of Antwerp India Representative Raj Khalid told The Hindu that with their rich experience, they were interested in exploring business opportunities of mutual benefit across India. The CEO of Port of Antwerp had a chat with Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at the World Economic Forum at Davos early this year. “We want to engage in a dialogue as we see a bright future ahead for AP,” he said. The Port of Antwerp had registered nine per cent growth last fiscal beating world-wide slump. It had clocked a value addition turnover of €400 million. “We have the largest petrochemical cluster in Europe and one of the largest cargo handling facilities in the world for bulk containers, bulk cargo, bulk break cargo and steel,” Mr. Khalid said. The port strategically located in Europe with good connectivity with international destinations has the largest warehousing facility with 1,100 acres of covered warehousing. It has 33,000 to 34,000 acres of which 2,000 acres are now available for allotment to various industries. ********/ State Govt is making good steps and we need Petro ministry support for this project.
