tarakrkzzzz Posted March 16, 2024 Posted March 16, 2024 Meditation helps you to keep your emotions in control..we think every decision we take is logical but without knowing, we add a bit of emotions to it and with meditation, we will keep a lot of our feelings in control and this can help us in taking better decisions and getting less hurt during fragile phases in life… PS: I don’t do meditation but Yaa used to practice a lot in the past..it’s about focusing on one thing for a long time…on your breath or on your favourite God or anyone or anything specific..

I also practicing yoga some asanas from last 4 months day starting 5 Am . Doing daily 101 Surya namaskars. And few asanas.. Yedho theliyani positive attitude cheshaka.. NTR & NBk will do same waking up early and spending time for on yoga workouts Pooja ... So they are always energetic all the day. Planning to learn hatha yoga soon

Try 15min Reverse walk with 15deg incline on Threadmill/ On high incline slope in open areas.. Super workout for Glutes/ Thighs and Lower back..You will feel great difference first time itself.. finding effective exercises is important as there is too much workout all over internet.. If one can master pistol squats, knees will become bulletproof for life

I agree with this. Meditation will improve your thought process to consider the bigger picture, step back, and think before making a decision. Mind and heart will be at peace.
