My fav topics - RE, investment , politics , Finance , health , strategies and psychology , market study …. So not just Hyd .

Hyd affordability will be biggest problem in the future , Demand vundi but now artificial boom . It will show negative impact after sometime .

HYd Affordability is definitely will be problem and already we are seeing . Neopolis is exceptional 
 
Amaravathi rates are very very cheap so huge potential - problem with government/sentiment and employment.

Hyderabad rates are high only in west zone so if you average the entire city then Hyd is reasonable . if you look at only west Hyd then definetly higher side .

See the current rates in west side neopolis so you cant compare with pune . below flats will be ready in next 5 years but current rates are as below

Amaravathi is very good price wise but only sentiments are weak . RE works on demand/sentiment

hyderabad  .. It's all about demand and supply.. the buyers raise the demand and ready to pay what ever they say .. obviously the seller do take the ride on .. this will definitely will lead to bubble and I'm sure we r already a part of it .. only God knows when it will burst .
