neopolis lo 7800 per sft konukkondi ani chepthe No annaru @akhil ch now soon 10k per sft 😁 

with in 3 months 50 lakhs hike for 2800 sft flat 😂

Mokilla auction lo 30 ki pettandi . Vasthe good you can try for sure … as of now good option though it has some cons .

actual ga 111go removal valla I see risk but Mokilla builders will create artificial hype using this auction to overcome 111go issue so you have option to sell it at higher rate . 

meeku potential vunte vellandi near 35k … oh appulu chesi matram velloddu. Mokilla is becoming liveable area so you can bet

Mokia is overpriced far from city good for investment untill 111 go in place for short term investment,but since 111 go gone,some villages near City in 111 go villages still in 11k to 20k price range vunnayi,kaani realtors enter kalaedhu due to their land bank still exists in another places.Oka sari layouts start ithey mokia prices halted for long time,never compare aparna,my home with others ,there will be lot of difference,others ventures hard to sell in high price,plan accordingly

111GO removed ani GO pass chesadu and  we are getting land in Janwada ( 5km ) at 25k

15 kms avathala vunna mokilla ki 40k expecting unofficially ante some logic missing 😁 paina options lo okati government nunchi wrong anedi Na idi

I see you're interested in land. Best within city limits Chala areas unay where you can get 50-75k per sq yard. Adi tisukondi. Leda use that money to pool some in Andhra or in rural TG. These plots will take years to appreciate. Rather than that choose pooling big land. Anywhere.

More land came into supply so this auction is only to hype anthe. Pakkana Aparna has 50-60k. So please don't expect anything less than 40-45k . Aparna 2017 lo launch chesadu anukunta. Still it's the same dead land just hold chesaru. The boom in HYD for lands is over. Paina raghu uncle chepinatu go for apartments as more jobs are being brought. They need places to stay and employees are not okay to travel far every day rather preferring staying near the office location spending extra bucks. Anduke rents antha laga unay. Even stand alone 2 BHK is around 25-30k . Communities are 40-45k. Land purchase needs black money. This hmda auction is a dud. Last auction lo Kuda anukunnantha poledu. It's indication of stagnant market. Please go through last auction prices launched and bid closures. Ah areas growth ela undi and all. boduppal was also set at the same price anukunta. Pool as much of land as possible if you've cash else use leverage to take exposure in a flat and exit at proper time.

Ya pakkane una bhashyam developers kuda 30k going currently. This is for long term only..no immediate plans

Hyd 2030 master plan lo roads emanna vunnaya ee survey no lo choosukondi legal issues is very imp to check if any
