Far outside city will go at 1-1.25x So I see 25k should be up and above of 50k per sq yards. Which is 1.5c plus 8% stamp duty. Around 1.6c Note - Aparna Western meadows - past phase (phase 4) right near by latest govt auction site last sold plot in 2020-2021 is 45,000 per sq yard...just an FYI for one's seriously looking at bidding.
