Yes...very possible


We have to pay 1 lakh as pre-bid EMD to even bid for 1 plot. 

If we are the highest bidder and don't intend to pay money, then that 1 lakh is lost. 

 

Neighboring Aparna venture undhi. So their agents might do this to create artificial hype for the area

i’m expecting it will go more than 35k+

You can get land in Mokilla  for 35K and before Mokila 30k in 111go which is closer to city .

Mokilla rates are halted for last 1 year due to this 111go lifting

House kattukontanu ante definetly buy or if you get it for 30k or below good deal anything above 35k is just ok

Rule of thumb. Starting 25k unte within city limits it'll go for 2times. 

 

Far outside city will go at 1-1.25x

 

So I see 25k should be up and above of 50k per sq yards. Which is 1.5c plus 8% stamp duty. Around 1.6c 

 

 

Note - Aparna Western meadows - past phase (phase 4) right near by latest govt auction site last sold plot in 2020-2021 is 45,000 per sq yard...just an FYI for one's seriously looking at bidding.
