Neopolis has huge demand and existing builders were able to sell majority inventory so they want to encash this craze so am not surprised these rates .

Ee hype choosthunte you guys can try for Mokilla upto 50k per yard emo anipisthundi

Two options …

1) Living ki ayithe buy in Aparna western meadows for 50 - 60k range . Already fully developed with clubhouse

2) Trading ki ayithe 45 varaku vellandi Auction lo and sell it for higher In few months

someone suggested to visit the site before auction annaru .

I did the same calculation 2 mins back 😁 double than Jubliee hills rate on that Konda .Unlimited FSI fetching huge profits and

Rajpushpa is TRS mla , my home is his soul mate , finally

Hype is real and they will make 14000 per sft in few years for Prestige / Satva … you can’t imagine Nishada .

we blocked prestige 2800 size for 7600 per sft and suggested many to take it for the same price . Now 9300 anukonta soon 10 k per sft  

around 45 lakhs profit in 3 months .

Acre ki 120 flats density now a days so 40 flats tho they can get acre value and 50 flats tho they can make construction rest is profit . Extra charges is bonus .

30% flats  ammithe per sale deal done 
they simply increase the sft price and 25% return is possible . 

Am in touch with channel parters so I have an idea .

With UDS of 50-60sq yards per big size flat - it costs for each flat only 1.2crs but each flat is being sold at 4-5crs .  

Builders may still make lot of money at these prices
