Day 8

Gym : 5 mns treadmill, chest workouts 4, tricep workouts 4, facepull one

Breakfast: 10am: 4 idli, protien shake

lunch: rice with chicken curry

5pm: 2 boiled eggs, kaju milk shake sugarless, bowl of curd

snacks: kala jamun, guava

Biceps - 5 workouts - 15, 12, 10 reps - 3 sets
Pushups - 35
Pullups - 30 with support
Abs - 4 workouts - 30 reps - 3 sets
Plank - 2 sets - 60sec, 40 sec
Cross trainer - 5 min
Threadmill - 10 min
Cycling - 5 min

Day -10

Gym: 200 cals burnt from cardio;100 each on treadmill n elliptical, shoulder workouts 5

Breakfast: tiger rice, protien shake one boiled egg

lunch: buttermilk, banana milkshake

4pm: natukodi pulusu, raagi sangati, grape milkshake

snacks: peanuts, kala jamun

one green tea

I couldn't stay on this difficult path brothers (even a simple fitness regime) ... but, I'm a weakling ... 

Wish you guys well and hope you continue ... even simple things matter in the long run ... please continue ... 

Will try to get back on it ...
