akhil ch Posted February 8, 2019 Share Posted February 8, 2019 ఏపీలో మరో అద్భుతం ఆవిష్కృతమవుతోంది. పేదవాడి కలలను సీఎం చంద్రబాబు నిజం చేయనున్నారు. అనేక సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాల్లో ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం దూసుకుపోతున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాల ద్వారా అన్నీ వర్గాలకు ప్రభుత్వం దగ్గరవుతోంది. శనివారం ఒకే రోజు 4 లక్షల ఇళ్ల గృహ ప్రవేశాలు కల్పించబోతోంది. అర్బన్ ఏరియాలో లక్ష ఇళ్ల ప్రారంభోత్సవం చేయనున్నారు. రూరల్ హౌసింగ్ కింద 3 లక్షల ఇళ్ల ఓపెనింగ్ చేస్తారు. నెల్లూరులో గృహ ప్రవేశ కార్యక్రమంలో సీఎం చంద్రబాబు, మంత్రి నారాయణ పాల్గొననున్నారు. తిరుపతిలో గృహ ప్రవేశాల కార్యక్రమంలో మంత్రులు లోకేష్, కాల్వ శ్రీనివాసులు పాల్గొననున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే దళిత క్రైస్తవులను ఎస్సీల్లో చేర్చాలంటూ అసెంబ్లీలో చంద్రబాబు తీర్మానం ప్రవేశపెట్టిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ తీర్మానాన్ని అసెంబ్లీ ఆమోదించింది. తీర్మానాన్ని ఏపీ అసెంబ్లీ కేంద్రానికి పంపనుంది. దళిత క్రైస్తవులను ఎస్సీల్లో చేర్చాలన్న డిమాండ్‌ చాలా కాలంగా ఉందని, కేంద్రం సానుకూలంగా స్పందించాలని కోరుకుంటున్నానని చంద్రబాబు పేర్కొన్నారు. అదేవిధంగా ‘వెనుకబడిన వర్గాలే మాకు వెన్నుముక. వారి సంక్షేమమే మా లక్ష్యం’ అని ప్రకటించే తెలుగుదేశం ప్రభుత్వం ఆ దిశగా మరో అడుగు ముందుకేసింది. ఇప్పటికే అమలులో ఉన్న బీసీల ఉప ప్రణాళికకు చట్టబద్ధత కల్పించాలని నిర్ణయించింది. చరిత్రాత్మకమైన ఈ బిల్లుపై గురువారం అసెంబ్లీలో కొంత ఉత్కంఠ అనంతరం ఆమోదముద్ర పడింది. దీని ప్రకారం... రాష్ట్ర బడ్జెట్‌లో మూడో వంతు నిధులు బీసీ సబ్‌ప్లాన్‌కు కేటాయిస్తారు. బీసీల అభివృద్ధికి ఈ నిర్ణయం ఎంతగానో దోహదపడుతుందని ప్రభుత్వ వర్గాలు ప్రకటించాయు. బీసీ సబ్‌ప్లాన్‌కు చట్టబద్ధత కల్పించే బిల్లును మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడు అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రవేశపెట్టారు.
