Over this, he has to pay salaries and pensions. On top of this he has many promise.....! Looks he may pay Zero...for development activities...! That is all tdp can do for now. For example dwacra runa mafi. Housing scheme loan mafi etc. there are literally thousnads of such promises he made to people in padayatra.
