AbbaiG Posted June 19, 2016 Share Posted June 19, 2016 TRS threatens to oppose land acquisition Bill The TRS has threatened to oppose the land acquisition Bill in Parliament if the social impact assessment and consent clauses in the original legislation were removed. Speaking in the Lok Sabha when the Bill was debated on Monday, the TRS deputy leader B. Vinod Kumar demanded that the social impact assessment of land oustees should continue and the consent of affected families taken into consideration during acquisition. The Telangana government had already formed the social impact assessment unit in the State. It wanted to build a database for qualified social impact assessment (SIA) resource partners and practitioners, providing training for SIA teams and community surveyors. The government also wanted to ensure transaction and web-based workflow for SIA. All the district collectors were asked to prepare an inventory of waste, barren and unutilised lands, Mr. Vinod Kumar added. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AnnaGaru Posted June 20, 2016 Share Posted June 20, 2016 ఎక్కడైనా రిజర్వాయర్లు / ప్రాజెక్ట్ లు నదీ ప్రవాహానికి అడ్డుగా కట్టి ( నీరు సముద్రం పాలు కాకుండా) నీటి నిల్వ ఉంచి , కిందనే ఉన్న ప్రాంతాలకు సాగు, తాగు నీరు కి వాడుకుంటారు...ప్రపంచం లో కాలువలతో నీటిని తేచి రిజర్వాయర్లు నింపే నిర్మాణాల దాఖలాలు లేవు.. ఎత్తిపోతల ద్వారా నిర్మించే అతి పెద్ద ప్రాజెక్ట్ కుడా ఇదేనేమో .. ???మల్లన్న సాగర్ రిజర్వాయర్ ప్రతిపాదించిన ప్రదేశం లో ఎలాంటి నది లేదు, నీటి ప్రవాహం లేదు ...కాబట్టి శ్రీ పాద ఎల్లంపల్లి ప్రాజెక్ట్ నుండి నీటిని గ్రావిటి ద్వారా కొంత, లిఫ్ట్ లతో నీటిని పంప్ చేస్తూ వివిధ రిజర్వాయర్ ల నుండి మల్లన్న సాగర్ కు తిస్కోని వస్తారు ... పూర్తిగా పంపింగ్ చేయడం మీదనే 50 TMCల నీటి నిల్వ ఆధారపడ్డది ...ఇలా ఒక ప్రదేశం నుండి మరో ప్రదేశానికి నీటిని పంపింగ్ చేసినప్పుడు నీటి ఆవిరి, నీరు ఇంకిపోవడం వాళ్ళ దాదాపు 40% నీరు వృధాగా పోతది అని స్వయంగా ఇంజినీర్లె చెబుతున్నారు...ఐన ప్రభుత్వం మొండిగా Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
