Popular Opinion - India lo post tax if you and spouse are taking home 4-5+LPA not worth the move. I will still stick to this. Every month EPF lo additional oka 60-70k padatha unte diniki minchina saving undadu anukunta life lo. As always optimistic to see where life takes me. All thanks to parents first, brother next and CBN third for keeping me inspired on discipline and keeping me motivated to XXccking work irrespective of lows.

Ricr badulu millets etc better. If not, old style lo.esaru kaagichi rice vesi starch teesesina rice tinandi. Spend some time into it and you will master it in 1-2 weeks
Walk aimlessley for 1-1.5hr. No stress triggers like phone, or politics. Chinapudu tirigevallam em lekunda ala. Go with pets or kids. Those memories will stay forever. Idi mana gen ki meditation lantide
Sleep enduku raado chuddam atleast 6-7 hours
Inni cheyatanki time ekada untadi ra ante..initially kastame, but slowly we will get better at managing time..
