    Mixed Feeling. Leaving India after spending good 3 decades. 
    Thank you all DB Seniors for guiding and helping whenever needed. Almost oka 15-20 people were there. No wonder this place feels like family. <3

    Popular Opinion - India lo post tax if you and spouse are taking home 4-5+LPA not worth the move. I will still stick to this. Every month EPF lo additional oka 60-70k padatha unte diniki minchina saving undadu anukunta life lo. As always optimistic to see where life takes me. All thanks to parents first, brother next and CBN third for keeping me inspired on discipline and keeping me motivated to XXccking work irrespective of lows.

    No alcohol
    No smoking
    No non veg - kastam ante intlone pan fried or grill chicken or fish cheskondi. Dhandi dhandi oil unde curries odhu. Red meat aithe strictly no
    No outside food - byta healthiest meal koooda hygiene vishayam lo < intlo cheskune fry. Intlone pulao type or curry with rice vandukondi instead of eating biryani outside once a week ala.
    Milk - avoid. Coffee tea without milk tagithe best. Ledu ante use fresh milk and avoid sugar. Else atleast use jaggery powder. Never never use stevia or 0 calorie sweetner
     
    Eat pesarattu with ginger chutney, coarse wheat upma, millet idly etc for breakfast. Skip it if you feel too overwhelmed with cooking
    Eat as much curries like bendakaya, dhondakaya, chamadumpalu, beans, cabbage, cauliflower, brocolli, onions, tomatoes, capsicum, spinach, menthi aaku, thotakoora, munagaku, etc
    Use as much oil spices as needed (no deep fry) for taste. Use coconut, peanut, sesame powder etc for taste
    Ricr badulu millets etc better. If not, old style lo.esaru kaagichi rice vesi starch teesesina rice tinandi. Spend some time into it and you will master it in 1-2 weeks
     
    Walk aimlessley for 1-1.5hr. No stress triggers like phone, or politics. Chinapudu tirigevallam em lekunda ala. Go with pets or kids. Those memories will stay forever. Idi mana gen ki meditation lantide
    Sleep enduku raado chuddam atleast 6-7 hours
    Inni cheyatanki time ekada untadi ra ante..initially kastame, but slowly we will get better at managing time..
    Okesari manthena diet and gym level lo start cheste sustain cheyatam kastam..ila cheste atleast going back is simple..
    Ala ani mottam em limit chrskokkarledu enjoyment..eat mini biryani with lassi once a while (instead of cool drink and regular), regular popcorn instead of butter or caramel.in theaters etc.
    Remove stress factors or try to handle them coolly..akada nunde over eating, relaxation kosam drinks etc medha rely avatam avtadi
