Not worth. EC is a saturated place. City can't expand in that direction plus water availability is also not great. Airport and major it parks ki baaga duram ( unless u work in ec) 

 

20-30 lakhs ekuva ayna take something in South Central, South East or North side

E-City 10-15 years lo very less appreciation compared to other areas. Not good investment.

Even Sarjapur road i expected same few years back but rates got increased drastically.

North Bengaluru best option for future investment.

wait few more months. malli market back to 3k ki vasthadi. currently US lo heavy budget cuts and too much layoffs nadusthunnayi. lot of projects hold lo pettesthunnaru. Real indian economy hit will appear from May.

7-9k gated plots like sobha etc etc.....there are plots around 3k also but not gated plots.... recently took as prelaunch plots..so got in very less price... need to see how it goes as it is prelaunch
