They r good motivators & can handle the group of individuals better; The team responded well to Rahane’s leadership after the first test anedi fact.... Umesh played most of them.... Shami played 70% of them.... Bhuvi only played on green tops.... Ishanth played and missed due to fitness issues back then.... Even before Burma’s arrival our pace quartet of Ishanth, Bhuvi, Shami and Umesh is potent pace attack..... this transformation came under Kohli’s captaincy..... he placed attacking fields for the bowlers and backed them..... we should give credit where it is due..... Kohli did some foolish selections blunders like dropping Pujara, worst team selection in first tests of away series etc., he should amend his mind in these matters.... When he is captain, he evolved as a test player as well, patiently leaving balls outside off stump and scoring those daddy hundreds..... let’s not act foolishly..... I agree, Rahane is a better captain but first of all Rahane has to perform better kada.. he isn't scoring that well..so let him improve his batting and then it might be right to give the Captaincy to him... Rahane played bad shots in both innings & got out when he needs save team by staying at wicket. New players Gill, Siraj, Pant, Sundar, Thakur played well along with Pujara which gave india victory. Melbourne lo 100 kooda 3-4 easy catches AUS vadilesthe kottadu. Idi kooda lekapothe complete failure in series as a batsmen. I have not seen him playing confidently in whole series.
