Day 7

Gym - burnt 100 cals on elliptical, lats - 4 workouts, biceps - 3 workouts

Had my first ever protein shake 

10am: 4 idli n protein shake

1pm - rice with chicken curry, curd

5pm - Rice with mutton kheema, greek yoghurt

snacks - one guava, kaala jamun
