yeah .. annai ivatli nunchi 4k ani pencham nenu na friend ..

 

actually jogging ki nenu na pg mate kalisi veltham .. jog start chesey mundhu 4km ani fix ayye start chesham .. ala 4k kottesham.. flet very happy ... 

 

but na pg mate konchem speed ga kodathadu jogging .. nenu knchem slow .. after 3 kms vadu apedham ani fix ayyadu anta.. nenu yekkada 4k kodathano ani vadu after 3km apakunda 4km kottadu.

 

nenu kuda 3km tharuvatha apedham anukunna .. vadu 4km koduthunnadu ani nenu km kottanu :)

 

ila iddaram okey la think chesi kotesham..

 

after jog we discussed mind & breath control lo vuntey easy run cheyochu ani fix ayyam :D

diet balance cheddam ani as it has essential vitamins along with protien thinking to take it with Milk for breakfast.

daaniki aithe baagane undhi bro...chocolate flavoured kaakapothe inkoncham sugar taggochu..but idi fine

 

one spoon 25gms aithe, 2 spoons ki 200 plus cals untayi which is a bit higher...

not that great brother ......have ragi jaava with jaggery and milk ...that is the best breakfast i have ever seen.....fiber,iron,little protein ,good carbs,amino acids......if you eat all vegetables no need to thrive for vitamins you will get them automatically

Bone weight chala ekuva so antha fat ga kanipinchakapoyna weight is increasing very badly.. Upper body baga ekuva GA undi...suggest some exercises for reducing upper body

Weight loss avvalantee only way calories thakkuva thini minimum cardio tho start cheyyi like walking or running for 30-45 mins.

Run run run...first do this only for 2 months....min 5 5kms jog every day...start with 3 kms walk and then reduce the timing ....have salads and fruits....3 months lo 64 ki ostavu...
